Refund policy
- You can return your items for a refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be returned unworn, in its original condition and neatly folded in their original packaging to qualify for a refund/exchange. Kindly note that we are unable to refund or exchange items that are not up to these standards.
- If you wish to exchange an item that is out of stock , the exchange will be placed on back order and fulfilled when our inventory is replenished.
- If you wish to exchange for an item of different price , your item must first be returned, a refund issued and a new order placed.
- We will not not charge for posting out exchanges but do not cover return postage costs. Please note that our warehouse is located in London, UK.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost during return shipping, we recommend using a Track & Trace service.

Get in touch with support@chillersunderwear.co.uk to arrange a refund. Please have your order number ready to smooth up the process.
Return process
When we receive the return, we aim to process your refund or exchange it the same day. All exchanges will be sent out using our standard delivery method. (2-4 days of despatch). Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account. Refund will only be issued to the original payment card.
